Facing and solving problems
Many smaller businesses are faced with varying problems and obstacles which may feel incredibly overwhelming or stressful and near impossible to overcome. However, a lot of these issues can be easily resolved via means which may seem obvious once learnt; it's just that the obvious isn't always so obvious. The biggest hurdle businesses face when tackling problems is that each different problem needs to be approached in differing ways. For example, an actual problem with the business's product/service will not be approached in the same way that a problem within the environment of the workspace itself would be. Below are just a couple examples of techniques I have personally learnt to be incredibly useful to a business, for both resolving an issue as well as preventing them from occurring in the first place.
I have always wanted to innovate, always been tinkering and tweaking things to get a better outcome. For a while it's great, I see improvements, I want to improve more, but I got to a stage of realization where I just wasn't making a real difference, and didn't know how to make a difference. My ideas had run dry.
There was a saving grace however, seeing other people come up with brilliant ideas and products that made me think “how did i not think of that”. I came to understand that perhaps I don't have all the ideas there, but other people do, and I would like to be a part of the journey to as many of these great ideas becoming a great reality that I can.
